Takeover-turnkey –buyer- receiver- distributor- What is shown is what is on offer for a total “take over” on an auction (best offer) basis. Details according to a written agreement.

Investor-partner- That is motivated enough by what is shown on this website, to order and stock the amount of whatever they are interested in. Also to the amount that they are comfortable in ordering.
The purpose of which is to produce what is required for samples to test, and sales probes. The cost of samples depends mainly on the amounts produced, and can be negotiated.

A possible short term partner will realize that from the date of this website’s appearance that any further expenses, namely- advertisements, technical changes or additions, packaging, additional tooling to what already exists, or further documentation etc. is to be accepted by the receiver.
